This is an invitation to all Airstreamers to attend the Region One Rally being held at Goose Hollow Campground, Thornton, NH. The date is August 9 to the 12th, 2012.
This campground has 200 full hook up sites and we want to fill every one. There will be overflow electric and water sites and boondocking if desired. I am shooting for at least 50 vintage units to represent one of the best ways to camp...with a Vintage Airstream! But I bet we can get even more to attend. Even better, this will be an "OPEN" rally which means wbcci club membership is not required. I want all vintage owners to bring that special Airstream friend that has not gotten around to attending a rally or joined the wbcci to date. Maybe you have helped them find that diamond in the rough trailer or even shaved a few rivets with them on the weekends, but now it is time to bring them to a rally! August in the White Mountains of New England is the place with cool mountain air and many activities planned. Check out the schedule. Vintage parking area if desired. This will be a true international rally with many Airstreamers attending from Nova Scotia, PEI, Quebec and Ottawa Canada. Plan ahead! Can an administrator or mod do this for me? More updates to come. Check rally schedule for more information. Thanks Gary |

Thanks Gary!! Not only will I get it published on the event calendar (you were REAL CLOSE to having it done on there) but I'll get it in the VA as well.

Thanks Tim
That's fast service! Planning is moving along for this rally and we are hoping to attract as many vintage owners as we can to make this a rally to remember. We have decided to hold a vintage open house on Friday afternoon and have that blend right in to a real vintage happy hour. Vintage Trailer Supply will be putting on a demo that I hear is riveting! Remember, this is an open rally to all and does not require club membership. Come check out a Region Rally and also what I hope will be a large representation of vintage units from all over the northeast Canada and northeast states. There are 200 sites with full hook ups. No plumbing? no problem. Plan ahead Gary www.nhcampgrounds.com/http://vintageairs...egistrationchuck.pdf |

The last vintage rally up that way put on by the Moore's was wonderful. A riveting display and a good cocktail hour sure does make it tempting. Denise

Hi Denise
I hope you can make it. Rumor has it there will be a group of Airstreamers bringing their motorcycles for some local riding. None as "vintage" as your ride, I'm sure. I'll stick to the scooter (or bicycles) Thanks Gary |

Gary,
I would love to, it is so pretty in NH and the seafood is fabulicious too! We'll see, I am way overdue for some fun in Sparky. She should be tip top with her new axle and fantastic fan. As for riding with the others, my Servicar is too slow for the new bikes to ride with. Bring a scooter I will keep pace. Oh well at least I can see when my old MC parts rattle off as I go down the road. Denise |
