Angus,
I see you are in my Unit 137 - Metro-Detroit, but have never met you. Did you just join? Did you just get that '54 26' Cruiser? If so, where? Oh, Yeah. Welcome to WBCCI, Welcome to the Metro-Detroit Unit, and welcome to the VAC. I hope to see you around. |

I have been in Metro-Detroit since 1997. This is my 4th vintage Streamer. 1964 Overlander ["Twinkey"26ft], 1980 Excello 31ft., 1976 Tradewind [Phang 25ft.], And 1954 ??? {Phyllis 26ft.] I found Phyllis in Sept 2009 in Centerville, Mi. She was made , according to the service manager, in Calif. I don't know much more than that. Two days later she was at the factory in Jackson City getting a new belly, holding tanks, wiring, insulation, & other stuff. She is in Roseville, Mi. getting a new axle, tires, & stuff. Angus

I see you are from Ontario, so I guess that's why we haven't met yet. We've just been in the Metro-Detroit Unit since about 2005.
How'd you find that trailer in Michigan? I am always looking, but somehow missed that one. Of course I have more trailers than I can handle right now anyway. I hope you enjoy it and maybe our paths will cross in person some day. |

You have an old book. I'm on the west side of Mi. Haven't been very active in Metro-Det unit. They are a real good group, just haven't had or made the time. I try to make the T.C.T. rally in Milford each year. Found Phyllis (Dillar) when I wasn't looking, on a back road near where I live. I'm down to two trailers now. When I finish this one I think I'll make a choice. In the wellcome letter I got they talk about an archieve, with vidios and re-do stuf. Know andthing about this? Angus
