Greetings, I am in the process of restoring the 62 Overlander mentioned in the post title."Pricilla" is coming along well. She is a one owner coach, bought in 1962 by Floyd Mills in LA California and given to his daughter,(who I dated just out of High School). The story is one of love gained and lost, and life time friendships maintained.Suffice it to be said that love was not only for a girl but the 3 year old Airstream that her Mom and Dad owned. Now over 40 years later I have the trailer, and am married to the girls best friend!! In the last 6 Years "Priscilla" has had her Appliances,(Refer.Toilet, water heater,Air conditioner,240v panel upgrade,(with 3 new circuits)12 volt W/Intellipower converter,Stereo CD Player installed, new linoleum floor, exterior plasticoat removed, and 1st 4 stages of polish are done.New axles, alloy wheels are installed with new tires. And her tongue, 40# propane bottles, rear bumper (with factory spare tire)or as us car guys call it "Continental Kit" have all had the sand blast experience. Then etching primer, primer surfacer, basecoat and finally clearcoat.I have the original order form, most all of the original appliance manuals,th Bendix brake control info and the Original warranty paper work.BUT no "coach manual" needless to say, I am looking for one ! !
