Be sure to click on blog title to go to blog to see pictures. I have had this trailer for about a year and a half. I had all kinds of wild plans to upgrade lighting, change the stain on the wood, new appliances, was even planning to keep the outside white! Good thing I just sat on it and did research because now I just want to keep it pretty much stock or as it was on the 63-64 Around the World Caravan. When I bought it there was only a twin bed curbside and a pile of wood that was the upper twin bunks. For some reason the P.O.x2 knocked the bunk beds apart into pieces but luckily kept all the pieces! Street side was a bank of drawers sitting on the wheel well ... after a wild ride across a field (don't ask!) the drawers were on the floor and I realized that they were 1/2 of the street side twin bed! 120 AC worked, plumbing was gone, no cushions, have yet to check 12 volt cause of moved wires/batteries (from front to back). Since I have been stripping paint, mostly to keep neighbors at bay, I have found all kinds of changes done to the trailer and not all good. That means $$$ to fix things that were not properly fixed in the first place. (Heavy sigh!) Po told me that there was only a soft spot by the door ... HAH! LIES! The whole perimeter of the floor is gone or going ... I expected this but was sad to have it proven true. Nyloboard is in my future ...
