VINTAGE AIRSTREAM CLUB
ANNUAL LUNCHEON AND BUSINESS MEETING

Wednesday, June 28, 2023
VAC Tent at International, Rock Springs Wyoming
Noon – 2:00 p.m.
Tickets $10 per person (register below)

Join us for the annual VAC Luncheon and Business Meeting. We will enjoy a catered lunch by Santa Fe Southwest Grill located in Rock Springs

Lunch will be served at noon followed by the meeting. Find out what the VAC has been up to this year and our plans for the future of our growing club. Officer elections will be conducted at this meeting, and your vote is important! Meet your incoming VAC Board, those in Appointed Positions, and Region Reps. The incoming board will be installed at the conclusion of this meeting.  Stick around for results from the Concours d’Elegance immediately following the business meeting and officer installation.

Saturday, June 24

• 7:00- 8:00am Coffee, bring your cup, sorry no Decaf
• 7:30-9:00am Catered breakfast for Rendezvous participants
• Sign up for Concours Judging in the VAC tent (all day)
• 9:00am Parade attendees assemble in bull pen near rally site for line up and procession to  Rock Springs.
• 11:00am Parade escorted to Rock Springs and spend the day downtown.  Our rigs will be lined up in the downtown area. We will not be un-hitching. Flags will be raised on arrival downtown. 
• 11:30am – 2:00pm Viewing by the local public.  Owners can opt to allow people to view inside their rigs, or just the outside. 
• 2:00pm Viewing closed to public. 
• 2:30pm Parade departs downtown with police escort and slowly processes back to the International Rally site
• 3:00pm VAC Parade through the International Rally and return to the bull pen. Members will then be escorted back to their original camp site by the parking team. 
• Happy Hour after parade and parking (time permitting)
• 7:30pm 66th International Opening Ceremonies

Sunday, Jun 25

• 7:00-8:00am Coffee, bring your cup, sorry no Decaf
• 12:00-4:00pm VAC Open House and Concours Judging – Entrants for Concours must sign up on the form in the VAC Tent.  Open house is optional for all rigs parked in the VAC parking area.
• 4:30-8:30pm International Rally Meal and Entertainment
• 9:00-11:00pm Jam Session in the VAC tent, all musicians and listeners are welcome

Monday, June 26

• 7:00-8:00am Coffee, bring your cup, sorry no Decaf
• 9:00-10:00am Reserved for WBCCI Presenter, see International schedule for more information
• 10:30-11:30am Reserved for WBCCI Presenter, see International schedule for more information
• 3:00-5:00pm Happy Hour & Flea Market – bring your parts and treasures to sell (see flyer below)
  
• 7:00-10:00pm 80’s Dance (Period correct attire encouraged!)

Tuesday, June 27

• 3:00-5:00pm VAC 30th Anniversary and Wally Byam Birthday Celebration.  See the giant cupcake tower! Cupcakes provided, bring your own beverage

• 12:00-2:00pm VAC Luncheon and Annual Business Meeting (details above, registration required)
• 2:00-3:00pm Concours d’Elegance results announced. 
• 4:00-5:00pm Happy Hour, BYO
• 3:00-9:00pm Downtown Rock Springs day, see International schedule for more information

Thursday, June 29

• 7:00-8:00am Coffee, bring your cup, sorry no Decaf
• 4:00-5:00pm Happy Hour with Pee Wee. All friends of Dale “Pee Wee” Schwamborn and future friends are welcome to attend.  Any friend of Pee Wee’s is a friend of mine! BYO
• 7:00-9:30pm VAC Western Dance.  Get your boots and hats ready!
• 9:00-11:00pm Jam Session in the VAC tent, all musicians and listeners are welcome

Friday, June 30

• 7:00-8:00am Coffee, bring your cup, sorry no Decaf
• 4:00-5:00pm Happy Hour, BYO,  followed by VAC tent table and chairs breakdown
